American Bureaucracy

How can we reduce personal relationship status within bureaucratic decision making and replace with equal rights and fair laws for everyone?

Releasing the corrupt boundaries set upon the justices by greedy, ego-maniacs expecting control from blackmailing and threatening the judges.

Allowing the court to understand both sides of their cases by being allowed to ask the right questions. Creating an environment that allows the judges to feel safe and brave enough to make an effort.

The Shadow is looking for anew path, hidden truths are being revealed, the only path is the center path.

Creating a center path for everyone to follow that recognizes both sides (dems/reps vica-versa lawyers/justices) hard work and commitment.

A new central path makes space for a well-balanced system to help convert the corrupt politicians back to a more righteous path that gives them something constructive to do instead of something destructive to do.

Celebrating or recognizing their dedication will help them to let go of ego, control, greed, and hate. This will make them more likely to surrender to the light.

Helping them realize they are allowed to open their heart and trust that this is for the benefit of all and not just trying to take them out.

It is finally time to shine even brighter, for the dawn of the horizon has now settled across the new frontier and is protecting its warriors to eliminate the darkness.

The light is absolutely resilient towards envy and hate.

The grateful and positive attitude is creating strength and victory.

The darkness needs to be shown the way, they’re tired.

How do we layer our government’s checks and balances to ensure integrity in our systems? The question of the century...

EXECUTIVE BRANCH

-----------------------------------

The purpose of the Executive branch is to enforce the law to protect the people of the United States of America.

Enforcing the law at the local level is the police, which also need to be checked and balanced. Shifting the focus of the police towards self-discipline and away from control.

To start, recognizing the police with better incentives/rewards for their valiant and successful deeds.

Possibly having competitions and elections for the top performers/roles to allow the officers to take pride and show their authentic selves.

Supporting the officers by having in-depth field training to use their intuition to help control emotions so that they stay in their true integrity allowing them to judge situations correctly.

We need to support strengthening their ability to cope with disappointments and allow them to express their true feelings in order to see them reach their full potential

The President of the United States of America is to serve and protect the people of the country by checking and balancing each branch of the government, so that the government works for the people, not to the people.

Checking the executive - the people:::

the people may check and balance the police by voting in members (may be just sheriffs are other special leaders), just as they vote for the president, representatives of congress, and judges.

by training the police to use their intuition actively, they can strengthen their judgement skills, enhancing their performance.

seek help from the Canadian cowboys (police) for the preparation and protection of the police.

police need to learn how to cope with disappointments, learning how to control emotions.

take pride in their work but don’t mistake their work for their whole identity.

being in the now moment and cherishing the day.

the police need to be recognized for hard work and support by being part of a thriving community. being able to speak the truth and to try their best having competitions for them to win rewards. shifting focus towards self-discipline and away from control.

checking the legislative:::

POTUS must take the time to listen and understand all sides so as to take action as quickly as possible.

When unleashing fire, POTUS must keep a keen sense of direction and proportion. Compact focus is necessary.

Staying true in integrity to protect the will of the people Holding the branches to high standards.

checking the judicial:::

POTUS must take the time to investigate all matters, to be sensitive to all information in order to fight for the security and rights of the people.

Remembering what’s important, knowing the truth.

Raising the values of the systems, and being able to support and protect the members from assassinations and corruption.

JUDICIAL BRANCH

The Judicial branch is made up of Lawyers and Judges.

Lawyers are the protectors of the people, and the judges are the protectors of truth...

...but the judges protect the truth so that they may serve the people.

So why not have the people check and balance the judges? It’s only fair.

Establishing incentives/rewards for the justices, replacing the need for bribes.

rewarding the justices for reporting corrupt politicians/lawyers/police.

broadcasting a contest of truth that is difficult to win - having the people vote for the justices who make it to the end/top at the end of a competition/contest

+ the wise use of power in respectfully recognizing the authority of others

+ using empowerment instead of domination

+ letting go of control to just guide and support

+ listening to all sides, all facts, no pre-determinism to find the truth to help the one most in need - this is true justice

+ combat ready to protect oneself and eliminate any assassination attempts

+ motivated by the glory of staying true and unbiased

At the Supreme Court level, Article III Judges, having 10 year terms where the ones who pass the contest are re-elected if the people favor them.

No longer looking for bribes, and having the capacity to absolve threats, the Justices check the lawyers/police/cabinet members by reporting any indications of corruption immediately to the other branches.

Checking the Judicial - the people:::

The Jury is also part of the judicial branch and matters just as much, if not more, than any other branch.

restructuring the jury and having protection from the police.

checking the legislative:::

Exercising as much independence as possible.

Having personal values prioritized so as not to give in to temptations.

Detachment from personal gain from relationships.

Less greed, more love.

Favor the people/those in serious need.

Obsession over listening to all sides, seeing all facts, great attention to detail.

Finding their light within to follow.

Healing from parasites, creating anarchy when a parasite attaches.

Taking cover and protective measures when threats surface.

Being able to stay healthy and creative and passionate while isolated and hiding from threats.

The sacrifice is self-sacrifice to sacrifice the pain for all gains.

getting second opinions with the community.

an obsessive commitment to staying righteous, unbiased, and fighting for the people.

letting the other branches know if they think something unconstitutional is going on, relying on the people to help solve problems.

staying in the spiritual warrior mindset.

staying open to all possibilities and listening to all sides to find the truth.

listening with the heart.

LEGISLATIVE BRANCH

Congress - the voice of the people

It is the job of congress to investigate the problems of the people and to seek out solutions to help keep prosperity from sovereignty flowing.

We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.

Congressmen cannot know every side.

How can congressmen know every side to make informed decisions?

Persistence in exploring new areas/all sides.

Having the patience to wait for the right rhythms for the creative process, new perspectives, other detectives, to fully investigate.

Asking the right questions. Persistence in getting answers.

Taking time to rest and reflect to connect the world around to see the truth.

Stand up for what you believe.

Awaken to the right way to do things.

Staying aligned with what’s best for everyone, cutting losses.

Enjoy research, learn by doing.

Training integral investigators that can aid in finding the truth so keep the congress member’s time and energy sustainable.

Being aware of parasites and spies and bodyguards, knowing who to trust.

Find illusions fast, knowing the difference between what’s a distraction and whats’ real.

Being able to navigate through obstacles and set backs.

Staying heartfelt and motivated.

Relying on the community for support.

Using meditation and the intuition as a tool for reaching new ideas and perspectives.

Training for the mind to be sharp and intellectual.

Realizing external excessive expectations and letting them go to stay focused.

Not being afraid to work on long-term projects by plating seeds and staying focused, committed and passionate.

Creating longer terms, term number limits, and then support and placement after maximum terms reached.

Members need to be able to focus on what the people need, rather than getting elected.

Elections can be more rigorous With competency tests (3-7years terms).

At the end of the maximum term number limit, possibly 10-20 years (3-5 terms), transitions can be integrated over some time to allow the congress member to mentor a replacement.

Senate is to listen and advise the media, where both strongly favor integrity and are dedicated to uncovering the truth even if it means showing the good, the bad, and the ugly.

trust that revealing the truth will create success in solutions.

don’t wait for others to investigate or research, question all.

more up-level topics need focus like health and agriculture.

Both sides of congress to investigate the truth with integrity.

House needs to be restructured to be able to pass laws that will be good for both the people, the country, and most foreign relations.

House needs approval of the senate but the senate cannot be rewriting the language, the house needs to revise the bill themself until the language and law includes most perspectives of the Senate who has investigated the side of the media who reports about the people. Senate answer to the house but the house cannot make a bill a law without the consent of the Senate and House. sometimes compromises get in the way of actually helping our country, and we usually just need more time to come up with creative solutions.

we need critical analysis on both house processes.

congress needs to let go of control and realize their duty to the country, to shift focus onto self-discipline for integrity.

stay confident but not egotistical, your power is not yours.

total integrity or banishment.

Checking the Legislative - the people:::

the people vote for the house and the senate representatives, probably together at the same time so most comprehensible.

the people need to stand up for what they believe in and not be afraid to tell the truth.

they need to be interested/having fun while prioritizing their favorite government individuals.

we need to find a way to have centered therapeutic ideals for the people.

to be able to promote a new path that’s inspiring to build new things for the people to look forward to.

tell the people they’re new path is to strive for the skill of adapting to new types of work, and to be up for solving problems of humanity.

the focus is to PROTECT our country from threats and corruption, not EXECUTE others.....

checking the executive branch:::

POTUS needs to judge congress’s language and ideas in bills, best solution wins, and vice versa congress needs to vote on the presidents ideas, the president needs to be persuasive to win.

Should we be voting for military personnel as well?

checking the judicial branch:::

Make sure to critically analyze the cases that each judge is allowing to winn and to lose.

congress may vote for judges in the competitions.

having hard questions to ask the judges to make sure they’re investigating to their full ability and staying in their integrity.
