Liability Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to register and participate in the Reiki I Training Workshop, I, for myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge Awaken With Compassion, LLC. (the "Released Party"), its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or property damage of any kind arising out of my participation.

I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently prepared for participation in this Activity. I authorize the Released Party to secure emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary, and I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. I also agree to indemnify and hold the Released Party harmless from any claims or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from my participation.

Payments are due 7 days prior to start date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to limited seating and material preparation, we require a minimum of [5] days notice for workshop cancellations.

• [5]+ days notice: Full refund (minus a [5]% processing fee).

• Less than 5 days notice / No-Show: No refunds or credits are issued.

Transfers: You may transfer your tuition to a colleague or friend at no charge. You may also transfer your tuition to a new workshop date. Please notify us at least [12] hours before the event.
