Agility comes at a price; it's the price of time.
The pendulum technique is useful when the user is aware of the energy patterns influencing the individual. It is helpful to keep track of cycles, and follow with efficiently and agile enough to pivot when the seasons or energies change. So I am creating a new calendar that better incorporates more energy patterns than any other calendar we have to date. In the previous article, I wrote about my goals for the year and here I am going to explain what these cycles are and how I use them to my advantage.
Here are the protocols:
-schedule/calendars
massage school
sleep
water
fasting & eating
workout
meditation (sauna, cold plunge, hot tub/mineral bath, hot spring caves, sweat lodge)
-cycles/energy patterns
super-consciousness astro moon in sun sign
Aquarian Solar Calendar
eclipse season collective
I use a monthly calendar, a weekly calendar, and I manually write the entry because my mind or brain remembers more often when I use my hands, I learn best by doing.
SCHEDULES & CALENDARS
Monthly Calendar
Weekly Calendar
Moon signs for planting, pruning, sacred secretion cycle, hair cutting, phases
Massage Schedule
Starting with the basis of my schedule is the massage school schedule which interchanges a little bit depending on the instructor's schedule.
I have 2.5 hours of online video class per week, I usually get through them on Wednesday.
4-28 hours of in-person clinic hours, varying on different days of the week. I plan on doing at least 16 hours a week, usually on Thursday's and Friday's from 10am-6:30pm
100-200 hours of practicum that involves self-care, yoga and meditation hours that count towards my total 650 total hours to get my license. So I usually go to about two hours of yoga on Monday or Wednesday evening. Possibly will switch this up depending on how I am feeling and how much energy I have during the week. I also do 30 min of qi gong and 30 min of mantra meditation of Tuesdays.
Linearly:
Monday - 2.5 hrs yoga
Tuesday - 30 min qi gong - 30 min mantra meditation
Wednesday - 1.5 hr Massage Class - 1 hr AP Class - 2.5 hrs yoga
Thursday - 8 hrs Massage Clinic
Friday - 8 hrs Massage Clinic
Sleep Schedule
My goal is to get 8-12 hours of sleep per night. Sometimes if I am traveling or have deadlines i'll only get 4 hours but it usually makes me feel pretty sick so maybe we can help eliminate that here as well!
On these weekdays I do want to wake up at 7am.. I am slowly getting used to this where I wake up between 8/9am on days that I don't have morning class and 7am on days that I have the in-person massage clinic. On the weekend I try to sleep in to about 9/10am but my cat usually wakes me up around 8am.. so I think I may just get used to waking up either 7/8 depending on which day it is.
Water Schedule
Water intake (6-8 glasses/day) schedule means that I am going to try and set alarms to drink water.. I have to make sure they don't disturb people in class so I may set the times around the clinic hours. We get a break from 2-2:30 which is when I'll set an alarm for the other days so I get used to being reminded about drinking water. I'll set another alarm for 6:30pm right when we get out of class, so that I am always trying to drink at those times and it becomes a good habit. I usually remember to drink in the morning but not around dinner time so much.. this should do the trick., Of course, I will also try and drink water at other times but those are what the alarm times set for.
Fasting & Eating Schedule
I am starting a moderate detoxification cleanse with intermittent fasting, starting Monday - February 17th, 2025. The following is my scheduled supplement/dietary routine:
30 day cleanse
I've modified this accelerated schedule I was using for my initial cleanse because I've gone through about 6-8 cleanses since my first in 2020. I usually do it twice a year, sometimes every three months depending on how my diet changes. It's really great for losing weight & fat, removing toxins, and gaining loads of energy.
Days 1-10: Ease in + Eliminate toxins (alcohol, glyphosate, excess sugar)
7/8am - wakeup - take amino acids + green tea/matcha to replace coffee
2 hrs (9/10am) - class/study - take powershake (green smoothie) + biomedic capsules
4 hrs (1/2pm) - lunch break - amino acids with lunch (fruits/veggies)
5 hrs (6pm/7pm) dinner - powershake or lifestyle meal (whole grains/proteins) + biomedic capsules
2 hrs or 30 mins before bed (8/9pm) get ready for sleep - take amino acids + bio relax + apothecherry (organic tart cherry juice)
The intermittent fasting rules I follow say no food before bed, there's a 16 hour fasting window, but since my class gets out so late and I have to eat dinner before bed, I've reduced it to a 13 hour window between 8pm - 9am
Of course sometimes I snack as well but only allowed to have some veggies or smoothies when snacking on this cleanse. So I'll have a cup of cucumbers and carrots or mangoes with guacamole (with cilantro), also honey is a really great sugar craving killer. Very good for energy too.
There is a list of foods that are appropriate to cleanse with, when I have more time I'll have to post more about it, especially if I get questions pertaining to them.
Days 10-20 are not much different in my modified schedule. The point here is to starve the parasites in the stomach so that they die. So during these days, super cleanser parasite remover (herbs) capsules are added to the regimen, as well as eating less meals, substituting with shakes. Make sure to be eating only whole foods during this phase otherwise stomach and energy levels could cause lots of problems. Electrolytes are a must, all organic food.
For me, this cleanse, I am trying to repair an ulcer I accidentally caused at the beginning of 2023 over stress and ibuprofen and not a lot of serotonin/movement. I have been trying to heal it and have finally think I have found the way to do it, so here I go (: wish me luck (;
Also note that during this period, drink lots of water, and easy exercise if at all. The days following:
Days 20-30 and beyond, the parasite herbs are stopped, and more whole foods are introduced back into the diet slowly. I always say listen to the body but this past cleanse my body stopped talking to me so... I am going to try and stay disciplined as much as possible by cooking at home instead of ordering food or going out. Socializing is usually hard but I think I am ready to just invite people over and cook for them rather go out to some toxic filled 3D hole. Ew.
Also these days, more intensive exercise may be added, slowly and thoughtfully. I also do take an assortment of minerals and vitamins so that I am getting enough nutrients. Can possibly explain these at a later date.
Exercise Schedule
I think I am going to pair my PT and climbing with the days and times that I am also doing my yoga classes. I usually have time on Monday or Wednesday to do a full routine with PT, Yoga, and Climbing. And on Tuesday I have dedicated for 30 mins of Qi Gong and 30 mins of Mantra Meditation. Sometime I go dancing or djing and I also consider that cardio (: which happens on Thursday/Friday/Saturday.
About once a week usually on Sunday or Monday I will do 30 mins of dry sauna, I prefer wet but, not an option right now. Depending on my nutrient levels and hydration, I sit in 150-170degreesF
Cold baths are a little more challenging for me. I can only sit for about 50 seconds but I am getting better. I think I may do more this spring, especially at the end of the week when I am most sore from working out and giving/receiving massages.
Anytime I can borrow my roommate's car, I am trying to drive up to Idaho for the hot spring caves, which have incredibly charged healing energy from inside the Earth. I always feel x1000 charged up after I do long pranayama in the caves. I try and go at least every two months. I would live in there.
if I could - honestly.
So when I can't make it to the caves or am too dehydrated/malnourished for the sauna, I take a hot bath in - pure as can be - magnesium sulfate. It's really awesome for the restless leg syndrome I get if I am not stretching enough after I workout. AND, it helps drain my lymphatic system and prevents me from getting acne. Woot woot. win-win-win.
I don't have a sweat lodge, but was maybe thinking of making one in my backyard.. if I got enough requests for the content. Cause they're Wooly Sacred Times.
CYCLES & ENERGY PATTERNS
Astrological Patterns have been influencing Earth since the Dawn of man and great conquerers of empires relied on tools like astrology to help determine their course of actions.
I started learning about the planetary energies in 2010 and since then I have been studying this ancient math-art(MARTH) and gaining insights about how these energies influence us in different layers, aspects, cycles, and ways. I make use of a lot of these cycles which help me in determining how efficient my actions will be and whether or not I might be wasting my time.
There are a lot of celestial object movement so depending on what I am trying to schedule I will reference different cycles depending on the time of year. These are the cycles I refer to when creating my schedule.
General Horoscope positions for all planets for general collective energy
Moon phases - new moon + full moon + moon signs
Mansions of the moon
Lunar calendar & Solar Calendar including signs + eclipses
Equinox & Solstice
While I have been studying all these cycles for many years, I now have a passion project where I am trying to create a new calendar system that uses a lot of these cycles to promote productivity and healthy routines for max capabilities. I call this new calendar the Aquarian Solar Calendar, for the new age of Aquarius that we have entered and because these foundations for the calendar use the Solar cycle. Every new sign that the sun enters is the start of the new month.
I will write more about this as we head into the new year but to keep things simple for now, Each day has a designated planetary (minus Earth plus Pluto) energy and since there are 8 planets plus the Sun and Moon, we have 10 day weeks per month, with an even number of days in the month, 30. There are 5 festival days at the end of the year to give thanks and restore vitalization before the new year begins at the beginning of the zodiac and spring equinox. March 20/21 which will vary depending on the year.
This calendar solves for the leap years, uneven months, and has the potential to be modified to fit different industries depending on acceleration schedules. A 10 day week means that we may have enough time to actually rest and take care of family and important matters on the weekends.
I have been conducting a contextual inquiry about this new calendar system and how well it works with the current calendar system and have learned a lot about each day's flow and energy. I hope to incorporate these energy fluctuations into my calendar and schedule to help direct my flow in a macro-scale perspective.
The target audience are individuals who DO NOT work a 9-5 schedule, which means any corporate job where you clock in and clock out. The most common cases for the new schedule are the self-employed, freelance with no set schedule, and possibly unemployed. As this project progress, there will be more data to help solve schedule efficiency.
Sorry the pictures might be too small...
but
This is the current date in the new ASC (Aquarian Solar Calendar) starting on Valentine's day in February, which is technically the last month in the new year. The last day of the last month is Saturday March 15, with a 5-day festival following (imaginary right now of course) and the start of the year happening after the spring equinox on March 20th, 2025. The goal is to have a consistent system, so we are not wasting time on ridiculous holidays and whatever other challenges the current calendar consists of...
Anyway, I have noted each day's energy in my written weekly planner for easy reference.. I will keep writing about my experiences and any other research I come about and insights I find about an efficient calendar system, or a system of systems.. cause i think that's what we really need, decentral system of systems that are cohesively cohesiving..
Eclipse season has a special ring to it because these energies influence our planet and the rest of our solar system on a deeper level of change and transformation. This is what we ALL feel during periods of transition. So I like to take advantage of this mystical time, to dive into the ethers to peak into a future timeline to see - where and when to gain insight to help guide our own timeline to the best path possible. Weird stuff, the sooner we start the sooner you'll know.
First I will ask about topics like technology and global climate and then I'll do readings for the collective broken down into each zodiac.
Happy Eclipse Season and Spring Equinox !!!!!
