Staying Healthy in a Digital World - Introduction ~ My Goals

So...

Goals with some protocols, cause without ambition, we're all just dying.

My goal for 2025 is to use the pendulum technique to work with as many cycles as I can in order to take advantage of the great cycles of timing and energetic patterns encompassing our being-ness.

I'll start with listing all topics I am working on in

  • Mind - Mental

  • Body - Physical

  • Heart - Emotional

  • Soul - Spiritual


Mind/mental/intelligence

I am going back to school for my massage license so I am focused on keeping everything else healthy so that I am not distracted by the physiology or emotions of my body, which I have been focusing on fixing the past four years so that I can dedicate myself to productivity. I am happy the year is finally here!

I do live with ADD and so I usually take one cup of mushroom coffee in the morning and since I work from home, I smoke sativa to help ease my nerves from the coffee and the cannabis helps get me inside of my mind so I am focused on what I am thinking about.

However, I am trying to eliminate coffee and cannabis from my diet because of my heart and nervous system health. These have been a staple in my routine so I am still figuring out what works for me to replace these.. I am thinking that when I start my March/April cleanse that I can completely eliminate coffee. And with a disciplined diet I can start to eliminate cannabis as I start to get more energy to workout, I know that giving up coffee and weed will be easy... I just need all these systems in place (:


Body/Physical

EXERCISE, I do have exercise and movement goals for 2025, as well as dietary goals. I don't have a lot of specific exercise goals but keeping consistent in my routines. These I will just try and keep showing up to build a stable/doable schedule to include every routine.

 - PT for my knee - Yoga for my sanity - Rock Climbing for my strength - Hiking for my bikini body - Meditation Mantra and Tantra with the earth for my soul rejuvenation (:

For my massage school, they're allowing me to keep a journal for practicum hours, and I can journal about yoga, meditation and self-care so I've decided to go to yoga classes at my gym for 2025. Went yesterday and did 2.5 hours and I am feeling way better! yay.

I also have a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub at my house which I will blog about when and why I do them because they're definitely super helpful for keeping homeostasis in the body!

WATER intake, I am super bad about drinking water because I forget that I have to stop what I'm doing to remember. Sometimes I'll set reminders on my phone and that will work usually. I am also trying to keep tallies in my planner because I love writing stuff down, it helps my brain remember because I wrote it. I am trying to do 6-8 cups a day. I have two Nalgene bottles I use because they get dirty so quick. When one gets dirty I immediately start drinking from another one and put the dirty one in the dishwasher, instead of having to wash the one I'm using. Hopefully it helps anyway.

DIET, In my experience, the most influential system I deal with day to day, is the microbiome. I've learned through lots of pain, how important the health of the microbiome is. If our microbiome is off, our entire energy system for our body is altered, impaired. I could go on and on all day about how important this system is but instead I will stay focused on my goals....

Which, is to keep my microbiome as happy as possible. This helps me with my wealth/abundance flow (money is not a thing, it's energy), my emotions which helps me with my innate urges, which is a big goal of mine. Is to stay centered when primal instincts present themselves. The microbiome is also in charge of connections with people, which I am trying to keep clean and beneficial this year as well... letting healthy people into my circle only.

I have extreme dietary restrictions which have allowed me to reset my immune system to get rid of dis-ease in my body. In 2022, I intermittent fasted for 8 months so that any ailments in my body were purged and eaten away. I commit myself to a 10-day fast about once or twice a year, and 3-day fasts 4-6 times a year. This helps me to restart dietary routines once I am trying a different supplement or just committing to staying clean in my diet. Sometimes I wonder off the path and eat restaurant food because I tend to become lazy and do not want to cook for myself, or I am traveling.. I try and stay on top of my diet as much as possible but sometimes holidays and spending time with unhealthy people leads me to lowering my expectations and diving into the rich deliciousness of ranch and queso which I miss the most.

As of now my dietary restrictions are on a 98% clean diet (100% is the goal always) :::

My Restrictions I AREADY follow:

ALL ORGANIC FOOD, everything is 100% grass-fed meat and USDA certified organic food with the least amount of ingredients. if it's not organic, it probably has glyphosate on it which creates a wax in the stomach, preventing the body from absorbing all the nutrients it needs. This is why everyone is always so hungry because we eat but don't actually absorb the nutrients because we've been poisoned ):

ABSOLUTELY NO PROCESSED FOOD, any added ingredients with oils or gums, maltodextrin, or natural flavorings is prohibited and will lead to you eating your own feces.

NO DAIRY, my body cannot process pasteurized dairy. I've been testing this and I just ate two very delicious grilled cheese sandwiches with smoked goat cheese (that was not pasteurized) and my stomach seems to be doing well.... praise baby unicorns. We will see how much when the moon time comes (the extra estrogen in dairy leads to hormonal reactions that makes my menstrual cramping way way worse than if I have no dairy in my diet). yay me.

NO SOY, long story short, I am allergic to soy.. now. A very developed response to something injected into me that had poisons.. fucking fuckeries of america...

GLUTEN?! .. I am technically Gluten-Intolerant and eating a shit ton of wheat makes me super sleepy.. (and my dick flies off) however, whole oats are very good for the nervous system, reproductive system, spleen-pancreas, qi energy system, bones, skins, immune system, digestive tract and arteries, and cardiac muscles.

So in this case, I eat USDA ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT only. And I limit my intake to two pieces of bread a day. usually only 3-4 times a week. Good fiber = poop well.

STARCH, I fucking love potatoes. yes, I may be Irish... But since I've been trying out this diet suggested by my friends at Purium, for my intermittent and long fasting routines.. they say to eliminate starch which is potatoes )):: but can replace with

SWEET POTATOES, so I've been trying to replace all my recipe stable with sweet potatoes ... it's been pretty successful. The starch during a fast makes me bloated sometimes... also eating avocado with rice... idk why still trying to figure that one out.......

NO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, I do not take any prescriptions as i believe they are basically the devil.. I'm not fully against all but choose the battle wisely. The only 'drugs' i take are :

- ibuprofen for mild headaches when i am detoxing

PLANT MEDICINE, I try and stay as natural as possible

 - Kratom for cramps, muscle tightness, or occasional need for stimulants

 - Microdose of shroomies, very intentional for emotional healing, and of course cause I need fucking stimulants sometimes

If I am having some issue I try and solve it with exercise, food or supplements somehow

ALCOHOL, since I am expected to drink socially because i sometimes DJ at nightclubs around town.. I limit my drinking to once/twice a week !AT THE MOST! and 3-4 drinks at the most in one night. This is only when I am supporting my DJ/Musician frens or celebrating holidays with family. There are studies that have shown that a small amount of alcohol is ok for you. Once I start my SUPER CONSCIOUSNESS routines I will be eliminating alcohol but baby steps for now.

NO PORN, I haven't consistently looked at porn since 2019 and the last time I intentionally looked at it I think it was one day in 2021. Haven't seen anything since then. I use my imagination, and now that we're on that topic...

NO MASTURBATION, I will be blogging more about this but I do believe this aids in enlightenment and manifestation. By calculating my sacred secretion time when the moon is in my sun sign, and partaking in specific meditative practices during this time, I am practicing on harnessing my inner super consciousness to induce the next step in my spiritual awakening - Merkabah Ascension. This is a new subject and practice for me so be patient with me as I am figuring out how this cycle and protocol will fit into my routines. This is based off of Kelly-Marie Kerr's books. I'd suggest reading The God Design first.

MY MENSTRUATION, ew. But very important to keep track of, cause cycles.. And my ovulation time helps me start my super-consciousness awakening practices because this is when I am most horny, and my goal is to stay as celibate as possible, at least no masturbation...... baby steps pls. Mana is stored in the balls.

This brings us to socializing which includes >dating<

Heart/Emotions

Here, I am trying to renegotiate who I give my precious time to now that it's becoming more valuable. I've learned that friends are very valuable and influential in manifestation. So my entire 2024 new years resolution was to eliminate toxic ppl out of my life and now I am here in 2025 with no friends... so.. that means I'm winning .. right?

One of the things I learned in college was that boys/dating are a HUGE distraction... If I want to be dedicated and disciplined I must leave everyone behind and focus on myself. In this case, I have a strict NO DATING rule. If a sexual encounter happens, that's fine but no strings attached is my motto. 2025 brings different challenges however with sex and things and people. So..

Still trying to figure this one out as a protocol but..

If I do find that I am in the mood for some extra-social interactions, I still have extremely high standards and usually try and meet people in a yoga class or gym, or outside on a hike. Somewhere organic at least rather than a swipe app. No, I am not swiping for playmates. Ain't no one got no time for dat.

I think socializing is very healthy, so however I can do this without investing too much drama and attention away from our goals, the better! I think more virtual spaces will help with this, cause I love my x community!

Emotions are VERY VERY powerful quantum super power that we have for manifesting. I saw on a post a week ago about someone initiating their own kundalini awakening through active meditation, which was awesome to hear! However, I saw a lot of comments of people warning this person to be careful and that a lot of horrible things will come to the surface... which wasn't wrong but.

It's extremely unhealthy to bottle in our emotions. Yes, they may be ugly at first but the sooner we express them in a healthy way and get them out of our bodies, the sooner that we can eliminate PTSD, and negative energy that has the potential to manifest into physical injury or illness.

If there is no one you can talk to, try writing in a journal to express how you're feeling. This is Ancient knowledge.

Staying creative and passionate also helps me stay motivated, so I do like to go out and have fun. I DJ and am a musician so I love playing shows and going to shows. I produce music, so I'll do this on my passion days, as well as playing CIV VI.. I love playing games and host game nights at my house sometimes.

Spirituality/Soul

My goal is to get complete control over all the cycles I go through and then maybe I can have a foundation for productivity and efficiency which I value the most. SO, I've been working on this other project..

I have created a different solar calendar that includes solar energy patterns of each day so that the productivity of that day coincides with the external energy patterns that our solar system synergizes Earth with, in effect we be penduluming with the solar system.

I have been testing these synergies this whole past year and I can honestly say that they always help me on days where I have way too much to think about and then I don't know what to do.. and days where I have nothing going on but I need direction still. It makes it way faster to just look at the days' energy pattern and adhere to it, then to figure out what I want or am feeling. I love feelings but sometimes they are too time consuming, so the more I prepare my days, the faster they go.

I find that following the solar system energies helps me organize my intentions to be more efficient, and intentional. This helps in productivity and manifestation. So I am a big believer in astrology and that not a lot of ppl are aware of all the extra calculations that go into understanding the vibrations of the solar system.. anyway if you've been following me for awhile, you know I explore in the future prediction paradise of the ethers and for every eclipse season I release an energy report for the collective consciousness, answering questions about our current state of affairs and energy predictions of the following 6 months.

I've been striving to find a niche for my content and this is definitely very unique. I am hoping to keep a steady pace of releasing content like this and that I can help as many people as possible by sharing.
