Pathogens are everywhere. We may not be able to control the poison in the air, water, and food. However, we may be able to control (mostly an hopefully) the tools our bodies use to fight toxins and infection. Stay relentlessly resourceful by armoring your body with dense nutrients and other ingredients the body needs to stay disciplined and focused on accelerating!


I think I am addicted to ordering out, it saves me time because I don't have to make my meals. However, the food I am eating when I do that has glyphosate in it, which leads to malnutrition, cutting my efficiency in the long run. Instead I am going to transition to meal prepping and supplement taking to save as much time - while still eating as healthy as possible to prevent medical bills piling up from toxic pharmmas /: ew


I don't have a car at the moment so its easy for me to order groceries, and now every time I am hungry I don't feel like cooking because I have so much to do.

I just keep trying again and again until everyday I am trying again to stay consistent in the habits that I want to keep.


I started Monday really well and documented the supplements with pictures, I ate some organic almond flour banana bread and took all of my vitamins. Tuesday I forgot because my roommate was in the kitchen which he is usually at work already so I totally forgot to take my vitamins because I haven't been doing it for a couple of months. I feel terrible today and am definitely going to remember the rest of the week. And I took off a week of clinic duty to finish detoxing and catch up on homework/studying anatomy.


Moon cycles are starting to get my attention. Mostly because my menstruation is about to start. yay me.

I need to stop drinking coffee in 10 days uuuuuuugggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

its wintertime and cold so I am having such a hard time with this... The best thing I've learned to help with addiction is to replace it with something. So..

I want to replace coffee with ice baths. To start out, an ice bath once a week.

And coffee every other day for this week, every three days for the next two weeks, and then hopefully eliminated by week 4/5. So now I am giving myself 30 days so that I can ease into it for success because that is what my human body prefers. ((:::


Cold plunges are super good for immunity, muscle rehab, and circulation, which is definitely what I need for detoxing.


There are a lot of toxins built up in my body from the holidays when I don't eat as healthy because of social events and traveling. Since I started receiving massages at the clinic, my body has started detoxing all those built up toxins from an number of different things including trauma, which I can feel releasing in my sacral chakra. I feel like I am simultaneously working on my sacral and my third eye chakra at the same time. It is dizzy for sure.


I finally finished my sound bowl set, I have each chakra. All except the heart chakra are Tibetan bowls and the heart chakra is a crystal quartz bowl!!! I've been collecting them since 2022. The last one I got was the third eye bowl, and I played it for myself and wow a lot of things are changing, physically and ethereally. Like my connection between them is changing. The relationship between the physical world and the ethereal world is changing and I am not sure how its going or where it is taking me...


Like now is the time to catch the wave. I've been hearing ghosts all day and I think the ethereal is getting more physical and the physical is getting more physical but the ethereal is also getting more ethereal as well. Surrender to a CLEVER flow. and GO BIG OR GO HOME.

I'm going to type out my daily diet I need to stick to.


  • 5-9am:: Water - amino acids - matcha/yerba maté - manuka honey + bee pollen ((ice bath) friday?) - coffee for good girls only

  • 9-11am:: Powershake (Aloe Digest - CarbonC60 - Fulvic Zeolite - ginseng - calendula - oregano oil) with vitamins (amino acids - Biome Medic - Joint flex(fishoils) - chlorella - kelp(every other day cause there's iodine in the Powershake) - schisandra fruit(interchanged with kelp every other day for hydration and absorption of water) ---------------------


    -- After having this shake, I feel super energized but it also starts my metabolism so i get pretty hungry shortly after. Some Meals I like to eat with this that go well with my Ayurvedic / Keto style diet.


    -- Gluten Free Organic Quinoa Oatmeal w/ flax seed meal, peanut butter, blueberries, honey and pee pollen (when I haven't had the first serving of pollen earlier) | great in the winter time because it's warm and qi stimulating.


    -- Smoothy made with apple/orange juice - almond milk - kale/spinach - peanut butter - cocoa - goji berries - the other berries - cherries - peaches - mangoes (this is a huge serotonin booster!) | super good in the summertime because it's cooling and hydrating <3


    -- Açai Bowl | IN BLENDER - goat or coconut yogurt - berries n banana - raw local honey | ON TOP - raw local honey - granola - coconut shreds - fresh fruit - nuts - nut butter - cocoa nibs ---- can never get enough of this !


    -- Gluten Free Banana Bread made with almond flour - vegan cream cheese w/ black currant jam to stimulate liver qi - or homemade vegan tomato basil cream cheese, on the banana bread or a GF bagel.


    -- Veggie packed/grass-fed roast beef Sandwich <3 | If I am working out a lot, I will have whole wheat, which has gluten, but I can't eat much else, and the whole foods book says its good for qi deficiency which is what I have and need it to keep circulation in my body working. If I stop eating whole wheat/oats, I get so cold, even in the summer ): Gluten makes me a little sleepy but all my other superfoods I take cancels out the gluten and the gluten stands no chance against the greens. 💪


    -- Detox Salad - Spinach, celery, cilantro, tomatoes, avocados, lemon and garlic salt and pepper | Sometimes I switch the lemon for balsamic vinaigrette (: yum.


    -- Snacks - Cashews, Almonds, Tea, Smoothy Pouches, Carrots w/ Hummus, Apple Sauce, Clementines, Cucumbers, Broccoli, Asparagus


    -- Forgot to mention which oils I use last time, so here it is | Cold-pressed organic avocado oil for most things, sometime olive oil if I am making a pasta dish and/or don't want to use a sweet oil (avocado) - I've added MCT coconut oil to my pantry and want to start using that more for veggies, it's suppose to help the lining of my stomach which always needs help.


  • 7-11pm:: amino acids - Biome Medic - Bio Relax (Kava) - RenewHairSkinNails(Herbs) - CBD


    -- Vegan Curry/Hungarian Goulash | I am revising this recipe to take out the potatoes and tomatoes and replace with sweet potatoes and beats but I have to remember and get it down because this recipe takes like 2 hours and more with the beets as tomato sauce ((::


    -- 100% Grass-Fed steak with veggies - onion, spinach, broccolini and garlic with asparagus *drools


    -- Rice and Beans with taco ingredients - guacamole with cilantro and onion



The second 10 days of the 30 day cleanse is about starving parasites and cleaning out the gut, so I will not be eating a lot of food and will reserve to my snack list when I am hungry in the middle of the day for my warriors meal.



For my intermittent fasting schedule, I am trying to fast from ~8pm to 12pm the next day, sometime i'll fast until 2pm just because I'm not hungry until then. Whenever I have my one meal(hopefully) per day, it's referred to as a "warrior's meal"

I am also trying to heal an ulcer in my stomach and so I've been taking Calendula internal formula for the ulcer and am now introducing Manuka honey especially right when I break my fast from 12-2pm. This I think will introduce good bacteria into my belly when the parasites hopefully have been starved all night while I sleep and wake up.

After the second 10 days, I should be able to slowly introduce normal healthy organic meals again and stop taking the parasite herbs.

At this time I will stop having midnight cravings for sugar and morning craving coffee. I will be able to eat and be full enough to not overeat, and everything I eat will be absorbed into my digestive tract correctly because the glyphosate will have been cleansed out. This will give me abundant energy to help me focus on accelerating.
